Selling and Governing an outsourcing project are two things apart.
To govern and execute outsourcing projects, Telindus uses a formal governance model which is put in place between our customer and Telindus. This model will set-up a pyramid which exists of three parts: the strategic level, the tactical level and the operational level at both sides of the project: the customer side and the Telindus side. Each level will then start-up a communication in which bottom-up advise will be given and top-down decisions will be made.
Our IT Governance model will aim to insure a correct alignment between the customer's business and the delivered or to be delivered ICT services. And this at short, medium and long terms via innovation projects. The model will manage and maintain a correct ratio between ICT effectiveness (the business enabling capacity) and the ICT efficiency (the costs). This way, your ICT will return a maximal value.
