Delaware Consulting, a Belgian partnership based in Kortrijk, Antwerp and Shanghai, has 200 employees who mainly work for local and internationally-oriented companies. Delaware was founded in 1981 and had a long history of different shareholders when it began looking for a new IT service provider. This service provider had to deliver a truly stable platform with very strict service levels, in order to foster Delaware’s growth and help the company better serve its clients. Together with Telindus, Delaware designed the IT infrastructure, the desktop life cycle management and the service organisation behind it, all tailored to Delaware’s specific needs.
