The Limburg Tourist Information Service breaks new ground with a digital experience route
Thanks to this integration cyclist creates his own unique experience through some locations along the cycling route, but also using specially adapted sound and video fragments. “We opted to use about 80 percent audio and 20 percent video, because cyclists don’t like having to always stop to watch a video fragment”, says Isabelle Maenhout, who is in charge of the project for Tourism Limburg.

The latest Belgian elections were the first one to be organised by each regional government. The Flemish Government decided to make use, as much as possible, of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to support the election process. They decided to work together with the EDS-Telindus Consortium. Concretely, they requested that all information related to the elections will be centralized on the Flemish government servers in Brussels and will be sent to the many different users from there.

For this reason, they chose Telindus, not only for the pure implementation of the website as such, but also for the integration layer and the general architecture of the whole project.
