ISO certificates

The Belgacom Group meets the requirements of various international standards in a uniform manner by means of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

This IMS currently consists of the following subsystems:

• ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System for corporate customers. This management system helps the Belgacom Group to meet customer and legal requirements and to increase customer satisfaction by continuously improving our organization and processes.

• ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System for the Haasrode site. With this management system, the Belgacom Group aims to control and systematically reduce the environmental impact of our activities.

• ISO27001:2005 Information Security Management System for the housing activities in our data centers. Protecting information (whether belonging to the company or to customers) is one of our primary concerns. This management system enables us to treat information in a structured and secure manner and give it sufficient protection against possible threats.

• SCC**/04 Safety Checklist for Contractors. Our main concern during installation work is the safety of our employees and customers. The SCC** checklist helps to give the safety issue all the attention it requires.

The implementation of the above management systems in the Belgacom Group has been audited and certified by Bureau Veritas Certification.
