The strong focus on service delivery, service management and technological innovation requires Telindus to invest continuously in training and personal development. "People are our main assets" is much more than a strapline.
Based on a permanent insistence on skills, Telindus founded its training school, the J. Cordier Academy (JCA), years ago. Developing the JCA along European lines helps support the technological fundamentals of growth.
Courses at the JCA, offered in any of the Telindus locations or at the headquarters in Belgium, have a practice-oriented approach and are animated by real-life simulations on a unique hands-on demo network.
Telindus individuals or teams are able to receive training from suppliers, partners and other training institutes at locations all over the world.
Development through education and training at Telindus includes on-the-job professional development, technical education and certification programmes, management development and mentoring programmes as well as language refreshment courses when necessary.
